Instyler Setup was developed by Sebastian Brand and Christian Merkle. We have always been dedicated to the installation software market, focusing on the developer's needs.

In 2000 we released Instyler SmartSetup, a successful legacy installation product and Instyler Ex-it!, an easy to use packaging utility. With the raise of Windows Installer (MSI) installations since then it became clear that, sooner or later, we had to built our own powerful MSI utility. We did not only want to create something in competition to the market leaders but something with the real world users in mind. Instyler Setup had to fit for both, the MSI experienced setup developer and the others looking for a fast and simpler way to get the setup done.

Besides developing a state of the art installation utility we want to provide you with the best support possible.
