As you can see above the advance in using the Professional Edition is to have differential patch file support which allows you to create smaller update packages. Using that feature you only have the really changed data distributed instead of the complete updated file which saves bandwidth and allows faster distribution.

With the advanced support plan you or your company will reach us via additional ways like emergency paging or messenger service and you will receive priority replies. The Advanced Support Plan is useful if you are working on a timetable and may need fastest support or if you may have questions that cannot be processed by the general provided support like unusual component installation, application-specific questions or special testing opportunities.
