A SmartSetup Single User or Company License includes general product and technical support. With the advanced support plan you or your company will reach us via additional ways like emergency paging or messenger service and you will receive priority replies. The Advanced Support Plan is useful if you are working on a timetable and may need fastest support or if you may have questions that cannot be processed by the general provided support like unusual component installation, application-specific questions or special testing opportunities.
