If you wish to return a product purchased on instyler.com/flowerbydrew, you may request a Return Authorization within 60 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for the purchase price, less shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns of products that were not purchased on instyler.com/flowerbydrew. Flower Hair Tools purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Flower Hair Tools.
You may return your product(s) for a refund if:
• All items including any accessories are returned
• The item is returned in its original packaging
Any returns sent without a Return Authorization number or postmarked after 15 days of receiving a Return Authorization number will be returned to you. Please use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your package, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you following your submission of a Return Authorization request.
Repack the product(s) in the original packaging and include all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original shipping box if possible. For your protection we recommend that you use a carrier who will provide your packaging with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost in transit. Any shipping fees are the responsibility of the party returning the item and must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
Once your package has been received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original payment method. You will be sent a confirmation to the address listed on your order when this transaction is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

WARRANTY POLICY AND SERVICE
All Flower Hair Tools are covered against manufacture defects for one year after date of purchase from an authorized retailer. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase or itemized documentation, as purchase date and location must be verified.
You may send in your product(s) for a warranty evaluation if:
- The item was purchased from an Flower Hair Tools authorized retailer
- The item was purchased within the specified 1 year warranty period
- Documentation verifying the purchase place/date can be provided
Upon receipt of your Flower Hair Tool, a certified technician will determine if the damage caused to your tool will be covered under our warranty program.
Flower Hair Tool warranty covers manufacture defects only. Tool damage not associated with normal use, such as damage due to misuse or abuse, incorrect voltage supply, dropping or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging, or tampering including repair or attempted repair are not covered.

Tre Milano, LLC ("Company") extends this limited warranty to the original retail purchaser ("Consumer") of InStyler® branded products (the “InStyler”).
Limited One (1) Year Warranty:
The InStyler and its parts are warranted against manufacturer defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty only covers the items specifically listed above for the period specified. IF THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD IS NOT COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO COMPANY AT THE TIME OF THE ORIGINAL SALE, CONSUMER MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE WITH ANY WARRANTY CLAIM.
Excluded from this limited warranty are damages to the InStyler caused by unreasonable or unintended use, abuse or neglect. Also excluded is damage from ordinary wear and tear.
2. VOIDING OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
THE FOLLOWING OCCURENCES OR CONDITIONS WILL VOID THIS LIMITED WARRANTY: (1) USE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES; (2) FAILURE TO USE THE INSTYLER ACCORDING TO COMPANY'S SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS; (3) FAILURE TO PROPERLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INSTYLER AS STATED IN THE MANUAL; AND (4) TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT OF THIS WARRANTY.
3. SOLE REMEDY:
The sole remedy under this limited warranty is repair or replacement, at Company's option, of the InStyler or part(s) deemed to be defective. "Repair" or "Replacement" shall mean providing the labor and materials necessary, at no cost to the consumer, to repair or replace defective part(s) or replace, at Company's option, the InStyler.
4. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
To present a claim under this limited warranty, call the toll-free telephone number (800) 307-0078 to receive a return authorization and instructions for return.
THE WARRANTY IN THIS DOCUMENT IS THE ONLY WARRANTY ON THE INSTYLER. COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATION OR TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY COMPANY AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
CONSUMER AND COMPANY EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE TOOL OR THE DEFECTIVE PART(S) IS THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY OF CONSUMER. COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NO REPRESENTATIVE, EMPLOYEE, OR DISTRIBUTOR OR DEALER OF COMPANY HAS THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE OR IMPLY ANY REPRESENTATION, PROMISE OR AGREEMENT WHICH IN ANY WAY VARIES THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
6. NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS RELATED TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.
7. LEGAL RIGHTS:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
8. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
The parties to this limited warranty agree to submit to mediation to resolve any warranty disputes.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
The laws of the State of California will govern this limited warranty.
